Our custom butchering is done at our Vandalia location.
Throughout the butchering process, you will find that both customers and quality matter to us. We have experienced butchers who process your meat in an impeccably clean facility. We offer on-site holding pens and kill, or you may prefer the farm kill option. Our smokehouse produces delectable jerky, summer sausage, snack sticks and other smokehouse favorites. Ask for a sample when you stop by!
